日前，葛蘭素史克中國(guó)投資有限公司四名高管，因涉嫌嚴(yán)重經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪，被警方以涉嫌“商業(yè)賄賂和涉稅犯罪”采取刑事強(qiáng)制措施。7月15日，葛蘭素史克公司在官網(wǎng)發(fā)出致歉聲明。

以下為致歉聲明全文：

我們對(duì)本公司某些員工及第三方機(jī)構(gòu)因欺詐和不道德行為所面臨的嚴(yán)重指控，深表關(guān)切與失望。上述行為嚴(yán)重違背了葛蘭素史克全球的規(guī)章制度、管理流程、價(jià)值觀和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。葛蘭素史克對(duì)此類行為絕不姑息和容忍。

葛蘭素史克支持中國(guó)政府根除腐敗的決心。上述調(diào)查中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題令人羞愧，我們對(duì)所發(fā)生的事情深表歉意。

我們將全力配合相關(guān)政府部門(mén)對(duì)最新披露的情況的調(diào)查。我們將根據(jù)調(diào)查所做出的結(jié)論，采取一切必要的行動(dòng)。

同時(shí)，我們也正采取一系列緊急措施。我們正重新審查與所有第三方代理的合作，并已立即停止使用本次調(diào)查所涉旅行社的服務(wù)，同時(shí)全面檢查所有與旅行社相關(guān)的歷史合作記錄。我們還將認(rèn)真審查我們?cè)谥袊?guó)的合規(guī)工作流程。

葛蘭素史克高度重視中國(guó)的法律法規(guī)，并要求所有員工嚴(yán)格遵守。

葛蘭素史克全力支持中國(guó)政府的醫(yī)療改革，并愿隨時(shí)與相關(guān)部門(mén)合作，為使中國(guó)患者得到更好的救治做出自已的努力。

We are deeply concerned and disappointed by these serious allegations of fraudulent behaviour and ethical misconduct by certain individuals at the company and third-party agencies. Such behaviour would be a clear breach of GSKs systems，governance procedures，values and standards. GSK has zero tolerance for any behaviour of this nature.

GSK shares the desire of the Chinese authorities to root out corruption. These allegations are shameful and we regret this has occurred.

We will cooperate fully with the Chinese authorities in the investigation of these new allegations. We will take all necessary action required by the outcome of this investigation.

In the meantime，we are taking a number of immediate actions. We are reviewing all third party agency relationships. We have put an immediate stop on the use of travel agencies that have been identified so far in this investigation and we are conducting a thorough review of all historic transactions related to travel agency use. We also intend to conduct a rigorous review of our compliance procedures in China.

GSK fully respects the laws and regulations in China and expects all staff to abide by them.

We also fully support the efforts of the Chinese authorities in their reforms of the medical sector and stand ready to work with them to make the necessary changes for the benefit of patients in China.
